Fits my busy schedule perfectly
With Dubai’s hectic pace of life it is incredibly difficult to fit everything into one’s busy schedule. Like most people that come here, my fitness routine was suffering in favor of work and family commitments. Being a physically active person myself before coming to Dubai, I noticed that my level of general fitness was deteriorating and I could no longer enjoy my favourite sports as much as I did before!
When I heard from my friend about Concept 10 10's 20 minutes a week work out schedule, I found it difficult to believe, but decided to try it out nevertheless. With the professional guidance of a personal trainer at all times, I started feeling and seeing the results after only a couple of weeks. Every session was helping me to achieve new levels of strength and fitness and I was able to easily monitor my progress on Concept 10 10’s website. I was delighted to see the benefits in the other sports that I also enjoy participating in - I did not feel out of breath after 10 minutes of cycling, running or swimming and could once again keep up with all my friends!

As a mother of 4 children, time is scarce and must be used effectively.
20 minutes of intensive training a week is ideal for me, and results show quickly, because the training is efficient and supervised by a personal instructor every time.

A change for the better!
After only 10 training sessions, I could feel that I had become significantly stronger. In my work, I have benefitted greatly from the extra strength in my arms and my back, so that I can now do my job without suffering the discomfort and fatigue I previously had.
Last year, I had a whiplash injury, and the training of my neck muscles has improved my condition greatly.

A huge difference!
I have trained at Concept 10 10 for a few months now and have experienced a tremendous difference in several areas.

Considering my busy schedule where career, family life and social activities have to form a synthesis, Concept 10 10 is like heaven sent for me.
